Orders are Shipped with UPS Ground and or USPS Priority Mail
Expedited: Delivery within 1-3 business days
(Shipping charges for smaller orders will be calculated at checkout. We keep the shipping as low as possible!)
*If items are returned, and less than $100 of the order is kept, the outbound shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Note outbound shipping fee is, it is the actual cost for us to ship your order to you. If more then 50% of the order is returned, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
If shipment is marked as delivered but was not received, you must contact us within 7 days for us to open an inquiry with the delivery carrier.
Return Policy
Life is hectic – especially when you’re planning a party or celebration.
That’s why we offer a generous 45 day return policy from the date of purchase.

As long as the packaging is unopened and the products are in good condition, we’ll gladly accept your return and refund your payment.
Since we’re a small, independent business, we are not able to offer to cover return shipping costs at this time. But don’t worry – we’re 99% sure you’ll love the product and this won’t apply to you!

Refund Policy
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 2 business days.
